Privacy Policy for Ground Score

Ground Score (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how
we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you use the Ground Score mobile application (“the
App”).
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of personal information:
• Account Information: Name, email address (used to create your account).
• Recovery Helper Registration: Name, contact information, state, city, and zip code (used only for
directory purposes).
• Location Data:
â—¦ GPS coordinates (always private, used only for your own records and never shared publicly).
â—¦ Location address (saved only for your own app functionality and experience, not shared).
â—¦ If you choose to share a photo of a find publicly, only the state where it was found will be
displayed. Hunt locations and details are never shared.
• Media: Photos and captions you upload. Photos remain private unless you choose to share them publicly
in the social feed.
• Profile Information: Usernames are public when you post photos or comment in the social feed. If you
participate in the Recovery Helper directory, your profile image will also be displayed.
• Detector and Hunt Data: Detector settings, hunt statistics, and other logs (for your own use and
dashboard).
• Lost Item Requests: Information submitted by non-detector users seeking help, including basic contact
details and item descriptions (used solely for processing and improving services).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
• Provide and improve the App’s core features.
• Allow you to log, organize, and view your finds.
• Support optional participation in the Recovery Helper directory.
• Display content you choose to share in the public social feed.• Process and verify lost item requests.
• Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support needs.
We do not sell your personal data or show third-party ads.
3. Public Content
If you share photos or other content in the public feed, your username, profile image (if set), and any captions
will be visible to other users.
If you opt into the Recovery Helper directory, your name, zip code, contact details, and profile image will be
visible to those searching for help.
4. Data Storage and Services
We use third-party services to operate the App:
• FlutterFlow (App development framework)
• Supabase (Backend and database services)
• Google Maps API (Location tracking and pin-drop features)
These providers store data on secure servers, and we rely on their security practices to protect your information.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play. We do not store or process payment details
directly.
6. Children’s Privacy
Ground Score is intended for general audiences but is primarily designed for adults. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that such data was collected, we will delete
it promptly.
7. Data Retention & Account Deletion
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by:
• Opening the app, navigating to Settings → Delete Account, and confirming the deletion.
• Or emailing us at info@groundscoreapp.com if you cannot access the app.Once deleted, your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed and cannot be
restored.
