Ground Score ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Ground Score mobile application ("the App").

• Name and email address (used to create your account or to register as a Recovery Helper)

• Zip code and contact details (Recovery Helper directory only)

• Location data (for logging finds and hunt details)

• Photos and captions (shared optionally in the public feed)

• Detector settings, hunt stats, and other custom logs (for your own use and dashboard)

• Information submitted by free users seeking help with a lost item, including basic contact information and item details (used solely for processing requests and improving app features)

2. How We Use Your Information We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the App's core features

• Enable users to log, organize, and visualize their finds

• Allow optional participation in the Recovery Helper directory

• Display user-submitted content in the public feed if shared

• Process requests from users seeking help with lost items to ensure legitimacy and improve the app experience

• Communicate with users about their account, service updates, and support requests

We do not sell your personal data or show third-party ads.

3. Public Content If you choose to share your photos or content to the public feed, your username and any attached captions will be visible to other users. If you opt-in to the Recovery Helper directory, your name, zip code, and contact information will be visible to users searching for help locating lost items.

4. Data Storage and Services We use third-party services to operate the App:

• FlutterFlow (App development framework)

• Supabase (Backend and database services)

• Google Maps API (Location tracking and pin-drop features)

These providers may store data on secure servers, and we rely on their security practices to protect your information.

5. Subscriptions and Payments We offer optional monthly and annual subscriptions. Purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play. We do not store or handle your payment information directly.

6. Children’s Privacy Ground Score is designed for a general audience and is intended primarily for adults. While the app may be used by younger hobbyists with guidance, it is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

7. Data Retention and Your Rights You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We retain your data only as long as needed to provide services to you.
